Snowshoe walking

Snowshoe walking presents a unique experience.

We recommend that you start walking at the top station of the cable car and walk towards the top of the mountain. You can variegate your walk by visiting the herdsmen’s settlement and stop for refreshment in the lodging house Zeleni rob.

Snowshoe walking at night presents an even greater challenge. It is organised only for groups. The program can be completed with night sledding and a pleasant ending of the trip in one of the lodging houses on the mountain. You can get more information in the program.

Ski touring

The mountain offers numerous ideal possibilities for the ski touring.

Our suggestion:
We recommend that you use the cable car and then continue the ride by the double seat lift to the top of the mountain. You can choose your trail of descent from there. More experienced skiers prefer to descent from Velika planina over mountain Dol or over Mala planina to Sv. Primož in the valley.
