DESCRIPTION:Join us for Trnič Day\, a traditional event dedicated to one of Velika Planina’s most iconic symbols – trnič\, a unique shepherd’s cheese with a rich history and a remarkable story. The event takes place on 2 August in front of the Preskar Museum. \nDiscover how trnič is made\, the simple ingredients it contains\, and the important role it once played in the lives of shepherds\, as well as how it is used in modern cuisine today.
